Hello, June ☀️

Summer is almost officially here, and I’ve got a few markets, plenty of fresh bread, a little time set aside to recharge this month, plus the usual bread drops every Wednesday at Mercantile on Market and every Thursday at Homestyles Gallery.

Planning to visit the June 13 or June 18 markets? Preorders are open so you can reserve your favorites and pick them up at the market.

From June 19 through June 30, I’ll be taking a break from preorders and custom orders. Bread will still be available at Mercantile and Homestyles, but I’ll be slowing down a bit and enjoying some extra family time before a busy summer season.

And since we’re talking summer… what would you like to see on the menu? A favorite you’d love to bring back, a seasonal flavor, or something completely new? Leave a comment and let me know. Your suggestions often inspire what comes out of my kitchen next. 🤍

You can find Le Sourdough Haven at a few of your favorite local markets this month with fresh sourdough breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and more. Everything is baked fresh, made with care, and always worth the wait.

If you cannot make it to a market, you can still order your bread anytime through my website for pickup or delivery( link in bio ). You do not have to wait for market days to get your favorites.

And do not forget, every Wednesday is bread drop day at . Perfect for a midweek treat or to stock up.

I’ve been feeding my sourdough starter and getting everything ready for a fresh bake. It’s going to be a beautiful day at the market!

✨ I love a rustic look… a crackly crust and those bubbly blisters created by the steam in the oven. Pure magic. It’s honestly so beautiful to me.

🔥 And when that same beautiful loaf is packed with bold flavor… even better.
So for this month’s Bread Club, along with the Blueberry Lemon loaves, I also made a few Chili Crisp Cheese Scallions loaves and listen… they were a HIT. Not on the regular menu yet but who knows… maybe I will add it in March? What y’all think? Let me know in the comments ⤵️
