Sweet Mazie's

Sweet Mazie's Baking is in my blood. While I've spent more hours than most in the kitchen (often at hours normal people are sleeping!), my career led me in another direction.

For as long as I can remember, I've loved being in the kitchen, and have been told that I remind people of my grandmother, Mazie, who passed from cancer when my dad was a young boy. However, I've repeatedly been told "you should open a bakery!" And I joke that it is my "back-up" career. (A HUGE joke when you have a mortgage worth of school loans!) Through years of education, baking has been my th

erapy, something that brings me peace and joy, and brings happiness to my colleagues' stomaches as well. After being diagnosed with cancer at a young age myself, I've realized the importance of pursuing your passions, and with the support of my husband and my little helper (I mean daughter!), have moved forward with my "back-up" and started Sweet Mazie's Baked Goods. I hope my baked treats bring you and your family as much joy as they bring me.
