In this class, we’ll focus on building strong cake structure and mastering foundational buttercream techniques. I’ll guide you step by step through leveling, filling, and finishing a 6-inch cake, so you can feel confident at every stage of the process. You’ll also learn and practice three different icing methods, giving you hands-on experience with each approach. This class is perfect for anyone looking to refine their buttercream skills and achieve smooth finishes, sharp edges, and beautifully straight sides on their cakes.

With small class sizes (just 4:1), you’ll get personalized attention and plenty of time to practice and perfect your technique.
