I'mmmmm baccckkkk!!!!

After the loss of my father last year to cancer and having health issues of my own, I am ready to start baking again.

I am taking Easter Cookie orders now for delivery / pick up between Thursday (4/14) and Saturday (4/16).

***GF items will be made in same location as non-GF items; however, I do my best to not cross-contaminate ingredients. Being GF intolerant myself, I understand the importance of this.

As many of you know, my best friend (my Dad) was recently diagnosed w/ Stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer that has spread throughout his body. He has gone through radiation for the tumor in his shoulder and has began a chemo regimen. Though the doctors gave him a heart wrenching prognosis, we are hopeful that his stubbornness, strength and determination helps him be the 1 to 3% that make it through this cancer.

I am doing a cookie fundraiser to help my dad pay for his medical bills and other costs that come with this horrible disease.

Update - all cupcakes and Smores are sold. I have 2 packs of buckeyes and 50 cookies remaining. I have contacted everyone that I have filled orders for (comment or pm). You are all soooo amazing. This truly turned my day around

Until today, the coronavirus scare hasn't truly impacted my life.

I was set to sell my baked goods at a craft show today and tomorrow. After multiple confirmations with the event coordinator, I was surprised and happy to hear that the show was still on. I baked, iced, packed and priced items for 20 hrs the past 2 days. Upon arrival at 8AM today, I was told that an executive decison was made at 7AM that cancelled the event due to recent virus scare. Ughhhhhhh.

With that being said, I have LOTS of yummies that I need to sell. Please see discounted items, prices, and descriptions below. I am able to meet tomorrow for delivery or pick up.

Cookies - $15 / dozen
- Vanilla cookies with vanilla royal icing

Buckeyes - $3 per package of 6

Smores Bars - $1 each
- Graham cracker / pretzel crust with layer of milk chocolate and roasted marshmallows

Cupcakes - $1 each
- Each cupcake is in a short cup with lid (this is how I sell them at craft shows

- Lemon (lemon cake, lemon filling, vanilla/lemon buttercream topped with lemondhead candy)
- Confetti (white cake with added sprinkles in cake, vanilla buttercream, topped with rainbow sprinkles
- Reese's (milk chocolate cake with a mini Reese cup in middle of cupcake, peanut butter buttercream, chocolate drizzle, toppped with mini Reese's
- Snicker's (milk chocolate cake with a peanut / caramel filling, vanilla buttercream, chocolate drizzle, topped with mini Snicker's

Baby Shark Doo Doo Doo!

Cakes are iced in vanilla buttercream and accents are made from fondant.

I absolutely love these cakes! Makes me miss the beach, even with the sharks :)
