•Sweet potato maple cheesecake: gingersnap/biscoff crust, spiced cheesecake base with maple syrup and roasted, mashed sweet taters folded in and finished with a gooey praline topping.
•pumpkin bourbon cheesecake: Gingersnap/biscoff crust with pumpkin spice, bourbon and Libby’s filled base, and finished with maple toasted pecans.
•sweet potato casserole cheesecake: Gingersnap/biscoff crust, roasted/mashed sweet taters folded into a spiced cheesecake base, topped off with a brown butter, walnut streusel and torched homemade marshmallow fluff. (Personal favorite)
•carrot cake: Spiced cake filled with hand grated carrots, currants and maple glazed walnuts. Finished with maple cream cheese frosting and more maple glazed nuts.
•butterscotch pudding: Homemade butterscotch pudding with homemade crumbled toffee, whipped cream from scratch and brûléed bananas. Can be individuals or a trifle.
•chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream:
Moist chocolate cake layered with vanilla buttercream that has been loaded with a ton of homemade salted caramel sauce and finished off with a dark chocolate ganache drip and more salted caramel. Can be made with vanilla cake as well.

Happy Sunday everyone!! Quick reminder that Thanksgiving is only NINETEEN days away, just over two weeks. Don’t let dessert be an after thought! If you’d like to place an order, please DM me or let me know on this thread. Thanksgiving menu is the following:

•Pumpkin pie
•Sweet potato pie
•Apple pie(crumb or pie top)
•Chocolate bourbon pecan pie
•Cobbler(mixed berry with nectarine, peach, or cherry with plum)
•Pumpkin cheesecake with bourbon
•Caramel apple cheesecake
•Sweet potato maple cheesecake
•Sweet potato casserole cheesecake
•Butternut squash bread with brown butter glaze
•Carrot cake with maple cream cheese icing
•Chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream
•Vanilla cake with brown butter buttercream
•Butterscotch pudding trifle

BLUEBERRY 🥞PANCAKE 🥞CAKE 😳🤤
Layers of buttery, vanilla bean cake that have slightly smashed blueberries in the mix, vanilla buttercream spiked with maple syrup and finished with a brown butter crumble garnish. Drizzled with a bit more maple syrup.
I’ve been feeling more inspired to create desserts like this one lately. This and last year’s sweet potato casserole cheesecake are two of my favorites and they weren’t adaptations of any other desserts, they were all me. I need to stop being so hard on myself, believe in myself a little bit more and take more time to brainstorm buttery and delicious creations. Inspiration is everywhere, you just have to keep your eyes (and nose) open.

Two layers of super moist chocolate cake, 🎂layered with whipped 🥜peanut butter🥜buttercream, topped off with a dark chocolate ganache drip 🍫 and garnished with OSU colored sprinkles and homemade buckeyes. Lemon + blueberry is such a classic pairing. This is a vanilla bean cupcake with fresh blueberries and fresh lemon juice and zest mixed in, topped off with homemade blueberry reduction and a honey, lemon and vanilla cream cheese frosting. Garnished with more fresh blueberries. 🧁🧁

Blueberry and blackberries are at their peak right now. Enjoy them in one of my favorite frostings, my blackberry/blueberry buttercream. I begin by making a fresh berry purée, reduce it way, way down and then chill it, then I add it to my vanilla buttercream. My personal preference is pairing it with chocolate cake, but it would be great with vanilla cake or lemon cake as well. Cupcakes, mini cupcakes, sheet cakes and layer cakes available!
