Ice Skating / Swimming theme cake. Base tier - Vanilla Cake w/ White and chocolate Truffle; Top tier - Chocolate Cake w/ White and Chocolate Truffle along with fondant detailing. This was my last order for the year that I had taken couple months ago. Working on this cake definitely reminded me of my love for creating such art. The mommy that ordered this cake for her daughter - Zoie, knew exactly what the cake should incorporate - Ice Skating and Swimming. Putting this cake together was fun. Hope the B'day girl loved it as much as I did after I created it :D
