Good afternoon everyone!

Syd your local sourdough baker here 😊

As some have noticed the decreasing activity on our page, we wanted to make a post regarding what in the world is going on in this micro-bakery!

We are currently trying to get our home and lives ready for our first baby! With that has/will come many days of decluttering and deep cleaning, along with preparing both of our day jobs for our departure.

During this time, we will not be taking any orders/ attending any events!

My hope is that we can get back to doing what we love in the fall once we have figured out life as new parents!

We are so grateful for this communities support!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped and supported us today at the S.E.A.R’s winter market!! We were so happy to see so many amazing people supporting all of the small businesses in attendance!

We were sold out in a matter of 30 minutes, safe to say we will absolutely be bringing more sourdough goodness for everyone next time!!

In the meantime we will post mid week regarding next weekend pre-orders and stand selections!!

Hello friends! 🧡

Long time no see! We’re so excited for this New Year as there are going to be some amazing changes around the in-home bakery we have created! 🏠

Starting January 1, Syd will be going part time at work & will start having SO much more time for baking!

What this means for Sourdough By Syd:

1. We will be attending the January 3rd S.E.A.R’s Holiday Market! From 11a-5p at the old Sears building, come see all the amazing sourdough breads and treats we will have!

2. Syd will be having a weekly stand on Saturday morning/ afternoon for pre-orders and those who are just out and about! I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated on what each weekly menu entails!

Syd is so excited to get back into the kitchen and pour her heart into sourdough again!

Let us know what you’re looking forward to seeing/ any suggestions you may have for future Saturdays! 🧡

Surprise! We’ve been working on something special… Introducing the S.E.A.R.S. Indoor Winter Market coming to Columbus every other Saturday from December 20–February 14 in the former Sears building!

Expect vendors, a beer garden, a kids play zone, live music, food trucks, and more. It’s your winter dose of the farmers market you’ve been missing!
