If I can make homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch, then so can you 🗣️🗣️

For real! Super easy! Not very time consuming. Don’t need any fancy equipment. 🤭

I also made homemade maple syrup recently, but that didn’t last long enough to snap a picture 😅

No milk needed!!! Tastes soooo good warm fresh out of the oven. 🤩

No bake oatmeal cookies ;

Another recipe I didnt follow the instructions for 🤭

I think this recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar. I only use a cup and a half.

I also add 2 giant scoops of peanut butter, I don’t measure it, so i can’t give exact amount 🤭

1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
4 tbsp cocoa powder

You need oats, idk how much the recipe calls for. I just dump and stir until it looks right. I use quick cook.

I think you’re supposed to do the ingredients in a certain order, blah blah blah.

I put my butter in the pan turn it on medium heat. Dump the rest of the ingredients and stir until it boils for a couple minutes to make sure the sugar is melted.

You can scoop them out in the shape of cookies, i do not. I put it in my brownie pan and call it a day!

Chocolate syrup 🤩

Soooo easy to make!

Let me reiterate something, I don’t follow directions well 🤭

The recipe says to combine the sugar ( 2 cups ) and water (1 cup) in a sauce pan on medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Then you add in the cocoa powder (1/3 cup). Stir until thoroughly combined.

You’re supposed to bring to a steady boil then stir consistently for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and add vanilla ( 1 tbsp).

Place in a glass jar. Allow to cool. Place in fridge.

I didn’t do that.

Here’s what I did instead.

Dumped all ingredient in the pan at one time. Constantly stirred until brought to a boil. Boiled until my heart was content. Put my pan on a hot pad. 🤭 then poured into a glass a few minutes? Later 🫠

So here’s your ingredients ;

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp vanilla

And remember, it’s ok if you don’t follow directions either! It’s still gonna turn out alright 🫶🏻

One thing I’ve learned 😅

I don’t do well with directions/ patterns.

So if you buy a sewn item from me, it was made on a whim and I was just winging it until I figured it out 🤭 i probably have 5 like items in my “mess up” pile before i got to your “finally got it right” item 🤭

I’ve taken a long break. Much needed break. I was feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, got sick a couple times, multiple kids sick. Whew it’s been a month or so to say the least! But I’m back to crafting now! And I’m so excited to be back at my crafting table!

I did a small restock of bookmarks at The 706 Social downtown and redecorated my little table. No more Christmas 🤭 I am working on more felt bookmarks and designing some sweatshirts 😉

I dropped some Valentine’s Day bracelets off at Local Vendor Village 🎉 more not so lovey bracelets coming!

Last but certainly not least, i dropped quite a few more acrylic bookmarks off Midland Makers Collective . Im working on some new sewing crafts to drop here soon 😉

Ive been busy brainstorming new ideas for all 3 spots! Don’t give up on me yet 🩷
