Classically decorated 2 tiered wedding cake. GF vanilla cake with strawberry compote and fresh strawberries. This sophisticated cake is covered with an obscene amount of luscious vanilla buttercream. Simple and elegant! I hope the bride loved it.

Happy 2026 everyone! Began the year with a baking fest - GF cutout cookies with intricate royal icing designs. My hand's protesting, but I'm thrilled with the outcome. AI was super helpful in getting that first shot perfect 🤭 Delicious smash cake and GF vanilla cupcakes were the highlights.

Four!!!!!! She’s a big one. This double layer sheet cake was too big for 25 grow men!! 🤭 good thing sheet cakes are not on my standard menu. This was by special request by a dear friend. Still fun to do!

Floral delight! This two layer sheet cake was filled with buttercream and designed for a very special occasion. Working with repeat customers like this lovely lady is the best - she gives me the freedom to create! 🩷🍰

This was a BEAST of a sheet cake! 2 layers of vanilla and chocolate cake filled and covered with about 8 lbs of perfect American buttercream. It was so heavy in weight but still light and delicious! I had the privilege to cut and serve this cake. So many compliments on the cake and the frosting. It warmed my heart and makes the big projects worth it!

Just a “little cutie” orange flavored cake with vanilla buttercream. Complimentary vanilla and gf chocolate cupcakes to finish off the desert table. The perfect accompaniment to this “Sprinkle” to celebrate the 3rd little cherub to join a delightful family.

Harry Potter themed cake! She’s an 8 inch 3 layer vanilla cake with about 8 lbs of vanilla butter cream. Hand made sorting hat, glasses and magic wand. I didn’t have the strength to make the golden snitch! 🤭
