Engineering at Next FX isn't about sending drawings off and hoping for the best. You'll design tools and equipment, prototype them on CNC machines, lathes, and 3D printers, test your work in production, and watch it make an impact every day.

If you have experience with CAD, CAM, and enjoy solving real-world manufacturing challenges, you'll fit right in.
