👀 Don’t make it complicated…

So many don’t start sourdough because it seems intimidating. And honestly, people over complicate it.

🚫Rules I don’t follow with Sourdough:

1️⃣ I don’t do stretch and folds.
2️⃣ I don’t wait an hour to add salt.
3️⃣ I don’t use my starter at peak…As long as my starter has doubled in size, I consider it to be active 12 hours after I feed it.
