So we’re gearing up for new equipment delivery this week! Our new prep table should be delivered tomorrow and then we’ll be able to start teaching everybody the sandwich recipes. Stay tuned for launch day!

Really excited to share some of the things we’ve been working on for our big pivot down at banks! Our target date is March 1st but hopefully we’ll be able to get started a little sooner depending on equipment ballet we’re about to do.
We’ll still have our most popular bakery treats but will be moving to a more sandwich focused model.

Some of you may have noticed our name change on insta already, but for the pivot we’ll be adopting Fountain City Coffee at Banks.

Don’t worry, The Bakeshop isn’t totally retiring. We’re have plans to use it when we have a bigger production kitchen so we can make lots of cookies and things for any of our locations.

For the rest of February you can expect our usual treats and breakfast sandwiches so for now enjoy this sneak peek from and keep your eyes peeled for more. Thanks so much for all your support! ♥️

Words fall short. Our sweet Lacey passed away a couple days ago. She was a wonderful, kind person to all she met with and will be so dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that you send gifts to mercy med farms in Columbus ga where Lacey frequently volunteered over the last year.
