We wanted to take a minute to say a big BIG thank you for everyone's support and patience these past few weeks here at Fireman's. This community continues to amaze us more and more everyday and we are so grateful for the love we've been shown.

We cannot bake enough to stay in stock and are working tirelessly to ensure that our cases are as full as possible throughout the day. If you cannot make it in early in the morning but still want something please feel free to call us at 920-350-0022 and we will hold treats for you to pick up later in the day.

We are also accepting preorders for bakery. Please place all orders 24 hours in advance by calling during business hours. If you want to place an order outside of business hours please email us at [email protected]

Additionally please note that we will be CLOSED this Saturday and Sunday (February 28 and March 1) and closing early on Friday February 27 at 12:00PM for a family obligation.

Next weekend we will come back strong from our break with our GRAND OPENING!! Be sure to stay tuned for more details on that!!

Opening beginning of February 2026!

We are happy to announce that we have purchased the Fox Fields Farm Bakery in Columbus! The new name will be Fireman's Mercantile and will offer all of the bakery and goodies we have had at the farm stand, The Poppy Patch and a whole bunch more! Bakery will be the main focus now, but we plan to be more of a general store in the near future offering farm fresh meat, grains/flour, butters, milk, produce and more! Fireman's Mercantile & Bakery will be going into the old Fox Field Farms Bakery in early February. We will be offering a wide variety of bakery items along with adding farm fresh items to the store. We have been operating The Poppy Patch farm stand just outside of Columbus for the past few years and excited to have a bigger kitchen to work in and offer more products!
