With Halloween right around the corner — and it is one where candy rules. Grocery stores and pharmacies begin devoting aisles to trick-or-treating b***y for weeks before the 31st. A Filipino restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is serving a fancy doughnut that's encrusted in gold and specked with crystals. Chef Björn DelaCruz of the Manila Social Club created the fancy pastry, which cost $100 a piece. That's a dessert that no one would want seconds of!
