Made sourdough biscuits (chives, bacon and cheddar) last weekend and this was the only picture I took haha I guess it was a good bake day when you forget to take pictures huh

Been sick for the last week, so I’ve pretty much slept all day long haha

Now that I am feeling better, a sourdough restock for the week. Plain for one of my boys who likes it with peanut butter, jalapeno cheddar for my husband, everything bagel for my other boy and myself 🤤 🥯

A very good friend shared his rhubarb with us yesterday and of course I had to make something with sourdough! This is a strawberry rhubarb sourdough scone and it was kid approved 🤤✅

Yasssssss 🤤 This is my first try on the Sourdough Croissant andddd Love, love, love it 😍 Toast it on your cast iron, add avocado, then a slice of farmers market tomato. Crack pepper, add salt 🤤

Guess what’s cold fermenting?!!
If you guessed sourdough croissant boule, then you are absolutely correct! Ahhhh I am quite excited for this one. It’s suppose to be fluffier and softer than your normal (no butter added) dough 🤤

What’s your favorite kitchen gadget?
Mine is my pressure cooker, food processor and now this Cawiu manual bread slicer! Ahhhhhh I love it so much! It’s a gift to myself from myself as it slices my sourdough so perfectly to the exact size I want 🤩😆
