Bake Works by Marylou Cakes, cookies, pies, tarts and all things dessert. However, in 2016, I decided to pursue a Diploma in Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok.

Bake Works by Marylou started out as a passion project in 2012, when, as a journalist, I started a small baking business on the side. Since then I've worked as a product developer for large bakeries as well as a corporate chef. I enjoy creating cakes and desserts that are not only delicious to eat but also have plenty of 'wow' value. And I absolutely love it when my creations make people happy. If
