If you could measure “baked with love” on a scale, I would be neck and neck with your Great Grandma on your Mom’s side!

My goals is that my customers have the very best experience every single time they purchase from my home bakery!

That starts at the beginning with the best ingredients!

We start every baking session by sanitizing all of our surfaces and tools and then suit up with a hair net and gloves.

Your family’s health and safety is my main concern. Temperatures are checked frequently to make sure everything is baked to perfection!

Of course, my husband and kids are quality control! Everything that goes out our door has to be approved by them! They have pretty high standards! The same recipes I am baking for your family, I have been perfecting for my family the better part of 20 years! (Trying not to age myself here 😜)

Lastly, because you are spending your hard earned money supporting my dream, I feel like everything needs to have a little bit of my creative touch!

All of our baked goods are hand packed with so much love and sealed with my hopes and dreams!

I hope that when you get your goodies home, you enjoy them as much as I did baking them! ❤️

We started the day off with 23 packages of cookies and 12 packs of zucchini bread! This is all we have left at 5:00! I can’t even come up with the words! All I can say is Thank You to our Midway Community and some amazing friends! ❤️ We will keep everything out this evening until gone or it gets dark!

My heart fluttered a bit on the way out to stock our farm cart this morning! Today is the 1st day we are stocking baked goods!

10 week weigh in on our White Rangers from Freedom Ranger Hatchery, Inc.! They are right on target with the males weighing in just over 7 # and the females at just over 5 #!

We are going to do something we have never done and process them in 2 different batches! This weekend we are going to process the 1st half of the birds and try to pick out the males that are larger and more developed. Then we are going to wait a couple of weeks and feed out the rest of the smaller birds!

With the uncertainty of the economy and everything that is happening right now, we feel like this is our best bet to maximize our investment and try to get as much protein in our freezer and pantry shelf as possible!

It’s going to be a busy couple of weeks for us!👏👏👏

Life sucks sometimes… I’m going to bake the best out of it!! My mental health has been on a steady decline the last few months! I desperately needed a change! Hopefully leaning on something that I am passionate about over the next few weeks and some love and support from my family, friends and community I can get back on the right track and feeling better! I have known for months that I was not healthy. I didn’t not feel good and that’s the only way I could explain it! I had a hard time coming to terms that I needed help! Homemade hotdog buns faster than you can run to the store and get them! Recipe:: 2 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast 1 cup warm water 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 egg Wisk together then add 3-3.5 cups all purpose flour. Kneed dough until smooth. Cut into 12 equal portions and shape. Place on parchment line baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Preheat oven to 425. This is the only rise time they will have so be patient! Once your oven reaches temp, throw them in for 10 minutes! Take out and immediately brush with butter! You can thank me later!
