These cinnamon rolls were started 24 hours ago. Fed my starter, waited 4-6 hours to activate, then made the dough. Let it rise for 12 hours & then added cinnamon sugar filling, rolled, cut & allowed another 1-2 hours to rise. Finally baked & made glaze. “What a price to pay” but so worth it! #sourdough #sourdoughcinnamonrolls #cinnamonrolls

I’ve been on a #sourdough journey for over a year now. It may be the most rewarding baking I’ve ever done. I recently purchased a dehydrated starter straight out of Utah & it’s been the best thing to happen to me in 2023 🤪 Anybody interested in future loaves?
