May Pie of the Month: Almond Peach Streusel! We toss sliced peaches with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and a dose of almond extract. We do the PRETTIEST diamond pattern lattice on this pie and once the pies are cooled, we finish it with a custom almond streusel. It is delicious!

Honestly, I would still sit on Jean’s lap like this if I could fit🤷‍♀️. Now, I just ask her to tell me everything will be fine and she always does in a way that makes me believe it❤️. I’m the luckiest.

In a perfect world, a PJP would be found in cities across America🇺🇸. And in all those Kentucky stores, we would rebrand our Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie to Derby Pie because of well, THE KENTUCKY DERBY. And also, we probably can’t bake in exceedingly excessive fancy hats but the idea is compelling nonetheless.
