Here is my latest creation, Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake!

This cheesecake had a Walker's Shortbread cookie crust and was topped with rich chocolate ganache. It was garnished with freshly whipped strawberry cream and huge chocolate covered strawberries.
The pictures look the same but are different size cheesecakes, as listed on pictures.

I have had a few requests for cheesecakes for Thanksgiving and Christmas but I am unable to do any baking for 8-12 weeks because I had shoulder surgery this past Monday. (Torn rotator cuff AND torn bicep tendon).
Hopefully Fanci Nanci's will be back for Superbowl Sunday and Valentine's Day!

Fanci Nanci's latest! This Turtle Cheesecake was requested for a family member's birthday. This ultra creamy cheesecake featured a Walker's Shortbread crust, and was topped with homemade chocolate ganache. It was garnished with dulce de leche, chopped and whole pecans.

A friend decided that Key Lime would be the perfect flavor cheesecake for the Super Bowl party she was attending that was serving Margaritas. What a perfect combination! Brenda's Key Lime Cheesecake for the Super Bowl was just picked up. Thank you for your order, Dot Fishburne!!!

This Key Lime Cheesecake has been renamed "Brenda's Key Lime Cheesecake" in honor of my dear friend, Brenda Kennerly, who first got me to make this flavor two years ago. Brenda lost her battle with Glioblastoma on her 61st birthday. I miss her but smiled thinking of her as I finished her favorite cheesecake. ❤️

Today's beauty was ordered for a birthday. Introducing the Raspberries and Cream Cheesecake.
This creamy cheesecake started with a Walker's Shortbread crust. It had a swirl of raspberry puree baked into the top, then had a layer of freshly whipped cream with raspberry puree swirled into it. Finally, it was garnished with huge fresh raspberries.
