🚨🚨🚨 IMPORTANT BUSINESS UPDATE: PLEASE READ🚨🚨🚨

First, I want to thank GOD for allowing me to share the gift he has provided with so many of you. I want to also thank my dear client’s for allowing my business ’s to share in many of your most memorable life events. Whether it was a baby shower, birthday, graduation, or wedding and you know how I enjoy weddings 🙌🏽, you have afforded me the opportunity to bring a little more joy to the occasion. For over 17 continuous uninterrupted years, many of you have witnessed the evolution of my business and have come to know that Gardenia’s is a business built on honesty, integrity, and unwavering customer service coupled with exceptional quality products. For some, you’re just now discovering; but for others you have been rocking with me from day 1.

I never thought that a decision made in 2006 to attend culinary school would take me to where I am today.

With this being said, October 31, 2025 will be your last opportunity to secure your Gardenia’s experience (WEDDING CAKES ONLY). YES! You read this correctly. If you know of a couple seeking a baker and are considering Gardenia’s for their special day in 2026; my final cake tasting is scheduled for (Saturday, October 25, 2025) with 7 appointments available. To schedule an appointment, please complete the inquiry form found on the contact page at www.gardeniascustomcakes.com and we may proceed with getting you scheduled.

I have pondered this decision for a while now and I truly believe in my heart and with God’s permission it’s time to shift my focus. While the brand is not going away, the focus is shifting to other things. So for all of those asking about classes be on the lookout 👀 among other great things coming down the pipeline.

Lastly, for anyone looking to start their own bakery, I will be selling my space (LEASE NOT INCLUDED) to a fellow baker looking to take that next step in their business. Located in Cayce, SC, the building is already zoned and ready to use as a bakery. Much of the hard work has been done and you’ll actually save money. I will be selling the majority of the contents of my space. The property owners are really great people and I’m sure they will love to have you. Yesterday was simply amazing. We took the trip down to Cades, SC. All of my years living in SC and I never heard of this town. You learn something new every day.

Nonetheless, another one of our dynamic couples tied the not at a beautiful tree lined venue, Sunset Acres. You truly find hidden gems in this industry for sure.

The space was beautifully decorated and the guests were received a mini concert from R&B sensation Jennings. Everything was just as the couple envisioned.

For the cake, the colors were black and rose gold. We went bold with a black fondant covered cake, highlighting it in rose gold details and finishing the design with our signature hand made sugar paste flowers. The night was also made sweeter with a decadent dessert bar.

When FRAT weds 06 🤙🏾. On Saturday we took a journey down to Manning, SC known for its matchless beauty and southern hospitality, where another dynamic couple said “I Do” amongst close family and friends.

The cake was a majestic beauty, boasting colors of navy blue and white. A traditional quilted pattern was lovingly embossed on each of the navy tiers, while satiny white fondant enrobed the remaining tiers. The cake was adorned with white hand made sugar paste flowers and a silver mirror acrylic monogram solidified the union.

On another note when Wipe me down was played, I so wanted to join in 😂 but I was cutting cake for the multitude of guests. Another time I suppose 🤔.

Congratulations to the newly married Mr. & Mrs. Williams on your union. Remember, keep God in the center and everything else will fall into place 🙏🏾.

Meet The Davis’….

For tonight’s wedding cake, the couple wanted something elegant and timeless with a touch of sparkle.

The cake, covered in a combination of white and dusty blue fondant was embellished with a simple pearl swag pattern adorning the bottom tier with real crystal studs. We echoed the crystal embellishments throughout the design. To finish the design we adorned the cake with delicate hand made sugar florals that brought a sense of class and romance to the design.

We also ended the night with a scrumptious sweets table as well which was quickly demolished 😂.

When God brings Love ❤️, receive it 🙏🏾. For our dynamic couple love showed up and showed out. On a beautiful Sunday in Monroe, GA our couple said “I Do” while family and friends gathered to witness this beautiful moment. For the cake, we kept it elegant, yet rustic and added beautiful handmade sugar flowers to accentuate the design. There as also a dessert bar as well. Congratulations to the newly married Mr. & Mrs. Washington on your union and may God bless you even more abundantly. You both have truly met the one who makes your heart smile 🙏🏾.

Love Never Fails. Over the weekend my company

provided the sweet details with a stunning black, white and gold wedding cake. Each cake flavor and delicate hand made sugar paste flower were created with the utmost care and detail.

The evening was both ethereal and filled with Love ❤️. My dear high school friend shared a truly beautiful experience with close friends and family. I am truly humbled and honored that she thought of me and my business to execute part of her vision. Congratulations to the newly married Mr. & Mrs. Dupree on your marriage. 30 Years of Marriage. “Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” Love never fails.

On Saturday we shared in such a momentous occasion honoring Loves endurance. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Porter on 30 years of marriage. Thanks for allowing Gardenia’s to share in such a blessed occasion 🙏🏾.

Emerald Green and Pearl was the theme and I think we did a pretty good job 🙌🏽. Let’s not forget about the delicious dessert bar as well yum 😋

Life is merely but a v***r. In that time you can make the most of life’s journey. One of the joys of life is to celebrate and when you celebrate with those who really care about you, it’s priceless. On Saturday, the guest of honor celebrated 60 years of life. And judging by the number of those in attendance you certainly led a life that those closest to you traveled near and far to celebrate in that moment.

For the evening we created a scrumptious dessert display and because it’s a birthday we created a modern 2-tiered creation that provided the finishing touches for the sweet details of the evening.

Happy 60th Birthday 🎂 🎁🎉 Mr. Williams and may God almighty keep you moving forward to many more years of living with purpose.

“Waiting is a sign of Love ❤️ and patience. Not everyone can wait and prove it’s true love.”

Today, our dynamic couple kept it truly intimate hosting their ceremony and reception amongst the closet of friends and family. They wanted this day to be about those who matter the most.

For the cake we kept it sleek, yet classic. The colors were white, gold and green. The Varying shapes added dimension to the design while the delicate handmade sugar orchids danced around the cake. The beautiful geometric pattern dazzled against the green Fondant and a simple diamond stud added a touch of sparkle and the gold acrylic monogram spoke to their union.

Ladies and gentlemen I introduce you to the newly married Mr. & Mrs. Fuller. May God bless your union and may you both hold fast to what matters most, LOVE ❤️.
