I asked our graduating senior what bar she’d like and she said a peanut butter s’more… so we’re introducing Emma’s Peanut Butter S’more bar! 🤩😋 It’s a chocolate chip graham cracker cookie base layered with peanut butter, Hershey’s chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallow cream! 😱 I’m excited to see how this one came out. Rhubarb scones are on the menu this week too! 🤤 Danish flavors this week are apple, cream cheese, and raspberry You can message us your preorder at anytime. We’ll be open at 8:30 a.m. See you all in the morning!

8 years ago today we opened to one of the most unexpected and humbling responses we could have ever imagined. 🤩🥹 We had no experience in running a bakery… I hadn’t even worked in a fast food restaurant. I was a stay at home dad who decorated cakes as a paid hobby and decided to go to culinary school where I fell in love with pastries.
I know for some of you we haven’t been what you’d had hoped for… not opened enough, etc… we’ve heard it all. Trust me. As a family owned and operated bakery our family has always come first. We may be open only one day but I am here all week prepping and making everything we sell. I put my heart and soul into this bakery and I hope you can taste that. My only goal is to put a smile on your face and make your Saturdays just a little better. 🥰
So to you all who’ve been with us since day one… we see you. 🥰 Thank you all for your continued support through the years. For the ones who came those first months or year and were like… meh… why don’t you come try us out again… I feel we’re making some of our best stuff we’ve ever made. 😁

This is my grandfather, 2nd Lt. Patrick J. Flanagan, KIA July 12, 1944. His sacrifice is never forgotten. May God bless our troops and their families. 🇺🇸
