This post covers the cakes I made during my Sponge cake course; more of what we expect from cakes: sponge, filling, frosting; but still with amazing layers and new techniques.
These have not made it to my menu yet but I am willing to talk them over. Still a variety of flavors and styles.

I am horrible about keeping this site updated with all my goings-on. So much has happened in the last year and after my third bazaar, I am taking some time to reflect and actually update pictures.
The first batch will be from the 12/3/22 bazaar where I made my first pre-sale! Thanks to my updated board and the opportunity presented by SHAC
