🔥Fitness tip coming in hot🔥
ARE YOU A RUNNER???
It’s a constant struggle to get your workouts In without 1) neglecting time away from your kids, or, 2) Completing a workout without Interuptions👆🏻, and 3) constantly figuring out a way for them to join in, BUT, different ages, can’t keep up, ect......am I right? The struggle is beyond a daily battle.
Not anymore my lovely runners! Today, I had my kids (3 and 5) jump on their scooters 🛴 and ride as fast as possible so that I could jog behind them! Did I mention they made it around the entire neighborhood?! Try it!
For some extra weight:
1) Wear a backpack
2) Fill it with weights or everyone’s waters
3) Add in your hand gun because - safety and weight 👌🏻
4) This one is rough BUT, run when it’s hot guys. Sweating is key
