Hello my name is Taylor and I'd like to thank you for visiting my page. I graduated from The Art Institute in 2016 with an Associates of Science in Baking and Pastry. I have worked at a couple small bakeries as well as The Broadmoor hotel. I am currently taking a break from the commercial kitchens to focus on raising my young kids. I'd love to be apart of bringing yummy treats to any of your special events. Thanks for visiting the Blue Bandit Bakery and I look forward to chatting with you!

Who wouldn't want a giant cinnamon roll for birthday cake?! The top tier is a 4 inch round by 3 inches tall huge cinnamon roll that the birthday man got to enjoy all to himself (not in one sitting 😉). The bottom tier was individual sized cinnamon rolls baked in an 8 inch round circle that the rest of the party got to enjoy. It was all topped with cream cheese frosting.. YUM! 🤤

This year I wanted to do something different for dessert so instead of traditional pumpkin pie, I made these pumpkin pie cookies that were filled with a pumpkin cream cheese filling- they were delicious! And so fun to make as my 6 year old son helped me crimp the edges of the cookies 😊 He did a great job!

I was then asked to make a similar cake for her younger brother who is turning 4 today.🥳
There is no better feeling than having someone appreciate your work and become a repeat customer 🥰
