We are a family-owned and operated bakery specializing in European cakes and pastries; along with anything your sweet tooth craves. Dr. Sweets Bakery opened its doors to Colorado Springs and the surrounding community on March 15, 2012. Since then, we have been featured in The Independent, and have enjoyed serving delectable cakes, cookies, breads, and donuts to this little-big city we proudly call

home. Rafal Zalewski, our head baker, attended bakery and pastry school in Poland in 1985 and graduated in 1988 with high distinction, solidifying his passion for beautiful creations. He has had countless opportunities to work with German, French, and Polish pastry masters since coming to the United States in 1991. Rafal worked aboard a cruise ship as a pastry chef, where he was adoringly called, "Dr. Sweet". We have had the pleasure to serve delighted clients from Chicago, to Oklahoma, to Denver, and Colorado Springs. We would love to meet with you and assist you with your bakery needs and pleasures.
