It’s my favorite time of year! Canning lets me know it’s almost time to put the Beatles apron on and bake some sourdough goodies.

Over the summer I kept Ol’ Kentucky Doughby in the fridge and let her get a much needed rest. I found a beautiful juniper tree in a neighborhood while out on a walk and took a little home with me to wake her up with wild yeast.

As you can see Kentucky is thriving and ready to make bread, bagels, muffins and cookies.

I offer an array of delicious options in sourdough bread, cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls and bagels. Please see below for pricing. If you don’t see a flavor profile that catches your eye, just ask. Once order is placed, please allow 48 hours for completion. Payment is accepted via cash, Venmo or cash app.

I’ve made 4 dozen blueberry lemon muffins and a couple of blueberry lemon bread loaves for orders this week. This flavor combo has been a favorite since I started several months ago.

The cost of blueberries has unfortunately doubled for the winter season. I don’t like passing high costs off onto my customers. I will be retiring the muffins and loaf until the cost comes back down some.

If you would like to order either, it will be at special request and I will have to add two dollars to the normal amount. I appreciate you all for your business and understanding.

As a sweet alternative, you can order chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip or chocolate muffins and the chocolate sourdough loaf. I am also playing with a recipe for PB&J sourdough. 🥜 🍇 🍓 😋
