There were moments I thought about quitting.

I’m thankful I didn’t! 🩷

What started as a small dream has turned into sold-out events, repeat customers, full baking days, and more support than I ever imagined.

Oat Strudels. A tender buttery oat crumb with baked jam in between. The best balance of crumbly, sweet and tangy. Simple, wholesome and delicious with a cup of coffee.
