Friends!🎅🏻 We are so excited for this holiday season! Here is our line-up:
Holiday Market at YWAM base next Friday! Starting at 9:00am until we sell out. We’ll be there with
First Saturday December- look for seasonal flavors and a couple new pastries!
Sat Dec 10 - The TBD will most likely be a fun Fill the Tin Event- with tons of Christmas cookies, and a portion of sales going to a local charity. Stay tuned 🎁
Dec 17 - Donut Extravaganza! Y’all clearly love donuts!! And we do too. 🍩 We’ll have fun flavors and plenty of holes! No pre-orders for this one… just come and get ‘em before they’re gone!
We will have a selection of holiday baked goods for sale on our website, that can be ordered anytime with a few pick up dates to choose from. Dec 23 will be the last day to get those delicious items for your Christmas! Pics to come!

One of the classic European cake flavors is Black Forest. It has dark chocolate cake layers, whipped cream & drunken dark syrupy cherries. Clearly, three good reasons to be a mainstay for many bakeries.
In making pop tarts, we can’t always replicate things exactly…. But with this Black Forest Pop Tart we sure do try. It’s on the menu for this Saturday’s bake sale. Give it a try and let us know what you think. 🍫🍒

We’ve decided…. This Fall weather has been too wonderful (except for today’s wind 🙄) to not do Apple Cider Doughnuts one more time!!
SO! In addition to our Halloween pastries, we’ll be frying up some doughnut goodness. No pre-orders this time, just come on by!

This crew. If you've ever worked in a kitchen, you know the rare camaraderie we share. We are the kitchen rats, the kitchen guys, the misfits, bread heads…. We are the odd ones that work at ungodly hours- clinking mugs of coffee (or cans of Red Bull 😬) in the wee hours of the morning, before the sun rises. Our hands are our most important tools…. With every knead of the dough, stir of the spatula and pan pulled from the oven we are adding that unseen ingredient- Love. All for the goal…to make sure there’s a fresh, delicious Pastry for you to enjoy. 🖤
