Happiest 80th birthday to my dad!! I had to make him this delicious chocolate cake with fresh berries! I am definitely a fan of this style cake!

My dad is my favorite person, and I'm so thankful for everything he has done for me! Watching him grow older is one of the hardest things I have to deal with, but I am trying my best to stay strong for him! ❤️ Now accepting any advice on how to handle this stage in my life. The fear of losing him and the sadness that comes with it! 💕

Worked on a big cake for my nieces 7th birthday party! It was a hocus pocus theme! I'm NOT a fondant professional, I usually work best with buttercream, but these fondant pieces turned out better than I thought they would! I still had some troubles. I'm considering taking a fondant class, haha. I didn't have time to take better pictures, so here is what I have, lol.

I finally made some bento box cakes! They are so adorable 😍💕
One thing you have to know about me is that I will do ANYTHING for my nieces and nephews! So when my niece can't have cooked butter, eggs, and nuts. (But baked is okay, haha) I had to make her own special vegan italian meringue frosting! Because she couldn't have the big birthday cake. The vegan italian meringue almost tasted better than my original egg meringue recipe!!!! It made me have second thoughts on my tried and true recipe 😂. But these adorable pink cakes were so fun to make!!
