Off of this meal right here, we got one of the best compliments a food truck could get and that was because it was from another food trucker that’s been around for a long time. They said what sets you apart is, you can tell every thing is made. That we cook from scratch. The blood, sweat and tears made it all worth it in that moment. I can’t tell you how many times we have been told we are onto something.

Our waffles are made from scratch every week. Four plus hours straight just making waffles. Our slaw is bought by the cabbage head and shredded with our homemade sweets dressing to mix. Our chicken is cut and marinated into a batter and flour mix that is seasoned precisely. Our Mac and Cheese is made by scratch for a creamy goodness. Our sauces are made with some ingredients that I never would have imagined going well together.
