Two years ago I received an email from & wondering if I’d be able to participate in their workshop. I remember being nervous because I was so blown away by their work. Whenever I want to elevate a piece, I think about 1. The mood of the event and 2. What textures I want to incorporate. Here I made one dainty cameo and paired it with a standard size cookie featuring a cameo, wafer flowers, sugar pearls, and finished with fondant leaves.
