What I found frustrating however is not being able to locate someone in the area where my ancestors were buried, so that I might be able to get a picture of their final resting place. As a form of 'giving back' and to help others on their genealogical journey, I offer my services to those who w
ould like to have a photograph of a deceased family member's headstone/tombstone. I do NOT CHARGE anything for this service if the search is in the Colorado Springs, Colorado area. I will consider going outside Colorado Springs, i.e., Pueblo, Penrose, Canyon City, Castle Rock, Peyton and Denver. I am NOT a professional photographer. I use a small FujiFilm digital camera in order to send pictures in a timely manner through email. You are welcome to join my page as a friend, a lover of art and history, if you wish to be a picture volunteer for your area or just because! I encourage you to make a visit to your local cemetery and volunteer to clean it up, trim bushes or over grown areas (with permission first) and get involved.
