Some celebrations deserve every little detail to be unforgettable, and this was one of them. Every dessert was handcrafted with love to create a beautiful and delicious sweet table for a truly special birthday.

✨ The centerpiece was a light vanilla sponge cake layered with creamy yogurt mousse in three flavors—strawberry, vanilla, and banana—filled with fresh strawberries and bananas for the perfect balance of freshness and sweetness.

Alongside the cake, guests enjoyed:

Inspired by the elegance of French pâtisserie, the Fraisier is a classic strawberry cake whose name comes from the French word fraise, meaning “strawberry.” Traditionally made to celebrate the sweetness of spring and summer, this beloved French dessert features layers of light sponge cake, silky vanilla cream, and fresh strawberries.

For Father’s Day, I created this special Fraisier using tender vanilla sponge layers, a rich vanilla cream, and an abundance of fresh strawberries. The cake is beautifully assembled to showcase the berries and highlight the natural flavors of the season.

When I started Maryna’s Sweets, I wanted to create desserts that were not only beautiful but also truly enjoyable to eat.
