We also have a large selection of pastries such as: Berliner, Cinnamon Rolls, Mohnschnecke, Amerikaner, Croissants, Streuselzunge, Nussecken, Mandelhoernchen, Marzipan pastries. The cakes we offer on an order basis are: Black Forest (Schwarzwaelder Kirsch Torte), Mocca Torte, German Chocolate Cake. Our daily cakes are: Bienenstich, Pflaumen Streusel, Apfel Streusel, Kaesekuchen, Mohnkuchen and Apfel Strudel. Our Deli case offers a wide asssortment of luncheon meats, hams (boiled as well as imported smoked cured), salamis, dried meats, bratwursts, liverwurst and cheeses (imported and domestic). We will be more than happy to make you a sandwich with your choice of meats and cheeses on the broetchen you desire. Our specialty is our famous Rueben Sandwich. We will also make you a Schnitzel Sandwich on order and in the summertime we offer Bittburger Schwenkies. During lent we offer Lachs Broetchen and Fish Broetchen as well. Ask us about party trays! At Christmas we bake our famous Stollen, with or without Marzipan. During Easter we bake our Hefezopf, a sweet braided almond yeast bread. Come in and check us out, we will be more than happy to answer any of your questions in either German or English.
