Yesterday was a normal day… until one ‘customer’ decided to turn it into a free shopping trip 😭

In broad daylight. On camera. Bold move.

A mom and daughter came in like any other customers.
They ordered, paid, and stayed for a while — almost 3 hours.

At first, nothing seemed off… just a few extra trips to the counter asking for sauces.
Peanut sauce, fish sauce… for a corndog? 😬
Our staff thought it was a little strange, but stayed focused on the rush.

Then things took a turn.

While the team was busy, she started helping herself to snacks on the shelf.
But that wasn’t the plan.

She went for something bigger.

She actually climbed over the counter — slowly, carefully — and went into the staff area… and took one of our employee’s purse. 😮

All while our team was working and didn’t even notice she had moved.

What she might’ve forgotten…
she paid with her credit card.

We had her name, called the police, and they were able to catch her.

Shoutout to the officers for the quick response — we really appreciate it.

We work hard every day for this business and our team.
