It’s the first day of here at Acacia Park! I’ve got loaves, focaccias, and cookies today, and I’m excited to kick off the season with everyone!
New this year are the sliced classic sourdough loaves! Same price as the normal loaf, makes your life a little easier 😉

RPS has a slightly different look this season! A bit more colorful, a bit more sleek, same great bread! Classic sourdough loaves are now available sliced, and cookies are available in 3-packs and singles. Stop by Edith Wolford Elementary School today 10am-3pm for final spring market!

As I prepare for this season’s farmers markets (my SIXTH season I can’t BELIEVE) I’m refining my processes and getting ready to scale up. With that, I’m happy to say I now mix EVERYTHING in my Estella 30qt spiral dough mixer. Yes, even the cookies.

I’ve had this mixer for over a year now and have been slowly learning how to best use it. She takes some extra time to clean (wash, rinse, sanitize, just like anything else) but she’s worth it and I can’t wait to mix batches of 200 cookies at a time.

We do NOT skimp on inclusions here 🙂‍↔️ especially when cheese is involved. This is how much jalapeño cheddar goodness goes in just 2 loaves! I’ll be bringing them to the Mercantile tomorrow, so snag yours while it’s hot!

Honestly sometimes i have to tear myself away from watching the dough mix from start to finish. Which would mostly defeat the purpose of having a mixer (saving my arms and time).

There is beauty in this world for those willing to look for it 🧚

Sometimes you just have to stop everything, take off the gloves, snap a picture, and stand back to say “wow, that’s a beautiful loaf, and I made it!”
