Attention all cookie monsters! Today is National Chocolate Chip Day, so don't be a chip off the old block and miss out on all the scrumptious goodness we have in store for you. We've got more chocolate chips than the Cookie Monster can fit in his belly, and we've baked them into everything (yes, you heard that right!). Happy New Year! I hope you all have a safe evening tomorrow night! We'll be offline until Monday to enjoy the weekend with our families! When we come back we'll have Valentine's Day sets & singles ready for presale! Get ready, there are some really cute sets this year!
This is the grinder, also known as a melanger. This has 2 lbs of chocolate liqueur in it & will run 13 hours!
5th time through! Now its s nice chocolate liqueur!
Step 2: Run your roasted cacao, you can do raw too, through a heavy duty juicer, three-five times (yes you juice your cacao, it cannot go into your grinder without this process)! BTW it smells just like dark chocolate brownies! 🤤🤤 I'm using a commercial Champion Juicer, its the only one I've found that does the job properly without overheating!
Don't mind the narrator...lol...I'm so excited...6 more hours roughly till this beautiful chocolate is finished!
