Our first try with rolled buttercream. We used honey instead of corn syrup so these have a unique, but very delicious flavor. My gingerbread man isn't that dark in person, but definitely darker than I'd prefer, that was a slip of my hand with the color 🫣🫣🫣. The plain ones will be decorated tomorrow with RI.
