Hello Collinsville!
As many of you may have noticed, half the city, including the bakery, is currently without power.
Fortunately, the majority of our items finished baking before we lost our ovens and we will still be opening at 6 am, but with limited selection and capacity. We will also be cash only due to the lack of power.
We are sorry for the inconvenience but we will do our best to still serve you as we are able.
If our power comes back on we will update everyone on our page.

Due to a miscommunication between our bakers and social media, our post on German Chocolate cakes went up a day early. This is one of those times between batches that we do not have German Chocolate cakes readily available.
They just went in the oven not long ago and will be available later this morning or afternoon. Please call ahead if you were specifically looking for this item.
