My first bakes since Jonah passed away July 25th, 2023. Very bittersweet. I still miss him so much, but I like to think he hopes I’m still able to find joy especially in the joy he shared with me. His favorites were butter cookies minus the chocolate. I’m still healing. Times are still difficult for me, but after a year and a half of grieving I’ve been able to take tiny steps into healing, but never forgetting him. My Jonah wasn’t here to taste test the butter cookies for me, so I hope they were all delicious! Also, my Mom deserves as much credit as I do because a cookie is just a cookie until it is packaged perfectly. Thanks Mom!

Soft and chewy bars loaded with premium semisweet chocolate chips! These bars are thick and chewy & definitely do not skimp on the chocolate!

So yummy! So filling, but you’ll keep coming back for more, but they’ll be gone before you know it! 😱🫙
