❌No flour & ❌definitely no gelatin!❌

This is the traditional recipe with a coconut toasted pecan caramel filling and a thin coat of Hershey’s Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting to hold it all in and on top of the cake.
This isn’t traditional in terms of that old dry cake you might have had awhile ago. This cake is EXTREMELY MOIST & DELICIOUS!

I have been getting some questions, so I just wanted to let everyone know that yes, I did have a seizure in the middle of the Target drive entrance next to Zaxby’s in Collierville. I was taken to the hospital because I stopped breathing, but I am back to baking and taking orders!
