LONE STAR PALENGKE, YOU HAVE OUR WHOLE HEART!! 😭🇵🇭💛

Our biggest event yet, our first birthday celebration, and y'all had us SELL OUT 350 COOKIES + MOCHI BROOKIES IN JUST 3 HOURS!!! 🥹🍪

AND we officially launched our first-ever Baby Buns merch!! (thanks Pressly!) 👕💕 Between presales and Palengke, 20 Baby Buns tees found their new homes! (shoutout to our family and friends for being our biggest hype crew 😂🫶)

From the crazy weather to the amazing food, performances, and community, this was such a special day. Getting to share our Filipino-inspired treats with so many of y'all, meet new faces, and see familiar ones come back for more meant EVERYTHING🫶

One year of Baby Buns, and I couldn't have imagined a better way to celebrate🥹🎂

Huge thank you to PACE for putting together such an incredible celebration of Filipino culture and community, and to every single person who stopped by our little booth. Maraming salamat po!! 🇵🇭💕

Still processing it all😭🍪

Catch one of these at Lone Star Palengke this weekend and somehow didn’t finish it all?? First of all… lies 😏😂

BUT if you really do have leftover Butter Mochi Brookies, here’s the move:

Keep ’em refrigerated so they stay fresh longer! Then whenever the little treat craving hits during the week:

🍪 Let it come to room temp and enjoy
🔥 ORRR if you want it real good (or have zero patience 😂), pop it straight from the fridge into the air fryer for about 5 minutes.

Warm cookie. Chewy mochi. Crispy edges 🤌

Thank me later 😌🍪

Thank you John and Juliet for donating your beautiful hands for the pic 😂 John Consignado

This summer flavor absolutely HAD to come with us to Palengke… 🇵🇭🥹

Our Caramelized Turon Butter Mochi Brookie is my personal favorite from the summer menu because the flavors are so nostalgic for me—saba banana, jackfruit + that caramelized turon goodness all packed into a chewy butter mochi brookie😭💛

So OF COURSE she had to make the trip to Lone Star Palengke this Sunday! 🇵🇭🍪

Come grab one before the summer menu officially says goodbye! 👀
