Happy New Year!

Thank you for all the support over the past few years. I certainly felt the love and impact that Bubbie’s Kolache Kitchen and Bakery had for so many people. Even though Bubbie’s may be closed, baking will continue to be a passion of mine. I will continue to bake from home and offer some of the favorite items from Bubbie’s on a first come first serve basis. This will be based on the available time that I have to bake.

I will post the baked goods on this page and they can be claimed until sold out. Payment can be made through cash, Venmo, or CashApp.

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of Bubbie’s Kolache Kitchen and Bakery. Our last day of business will be October 27, 2024. This is one of the hardest decisions I have had to make, but it is the best one for my family and me. As many of you may know, I lost my dad unexpectedly a little over a year ago. Since then, I have been helping my mom manage their 200+ acres on the days Bubbie’s is closed. I need to make myself more available to assist my family with the day-to-day tasks of maintaining and managing the acreage. I built this business on the values of family, and at this time, my family needs me more than ever.

I want to thank you all for your support over the last three years. I have greatly enjoyed personally serving and getting to know my customers.

I also want to recognize and thank my employees (past and present) who have helped me throughout the years. I have had an amazing team to work with. They will be looking for equally amazing employers, so please reach out if you know of good employment opportunities.
