Trackside Kolache & Pizzarama

09/21/2026

We will be opening late this morning to get a little more rest after the weekend and get kids to school smoothly.

Don't forget that we are doing half priced pepperoni rolls tomorrow!

Don't forget that you can PREORDER our breakfast goodies so we don't run out on you! Last Saturday, we sold out of breakfast in TWO HOURS! (Seriously, everything was gone by 9AM!)

Call us today at (979)500-6200 to reserve whatever you'd like to get in the morning! It's always encouraged when you need specific items at certain times, but it's REALLY encouraged on game days. We hate having to turn you guys away empty handed.

Reminder of our new hours! We are now closed from 2p to 4p during the week.

Also, we are looking for some part help in the early morning, prepping, baking and selling goodies. Come by and talk to me if you're interested!

Hey, guys! We're working on some new things over here, starting with new hours! We're back to opening at 6:30a during the week, but are going to be taking an afternoon break. We will be closing an hour later, except for Sunday, which will allow us to spend some time with the kiddos. We will be open all day on Saturday!

We hope these changes don't interfere with you guys getting your kolache, cinnamon roll and pizza fixes! Y'all are always welcome to call to place orders! (979)500-6200 (Especially encouraged for GAME DAY MADNESS!)

We'll be closed for breakfast on Wednesday but would LOVE to see you guys for another meal or on another day this week!

*DEFINITELY ACCEPTING WALK IN ORDERS!!*

Our internet went out this afternoon, so the phones don't work and we can't accept online orders. HOWEVER, our fountain machine is back up and running and we would LOVE to see you guys this evening, even if the internet doesn't come back!

05/02/2026

We have some strawberry fritters ready to go!

We had a donation yesterday that did not pick up their cinnamon rolls (maybe because of the rain?), so we have a BUNCH of day old cinnamon rolls available now!
