Hello, my name is Renee. I have taught and worked in the Baking Industry most of my life. I am excited to share my love of baking in Colfax, WI.

12:30 update- there are a few bags of cookies, a few bags of English muffins and 1 box of muffins left. Sincerely- thank you for supporting our small business.

The stand is open!! Today we have sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, Chocolate poppy rolls, raspberry swirl rolls, butterhorns, cookies, cherry white chocolate chip scones, strawberry rhubarb muffins, and breads.

We will be open next weekend and then closed until mid August. We need time to make memories and finish a commercial kitchen remodel in our basement. There are exciting things ahead!

Good Morning! The stand is open!
Please note we will be open tomorrow and next weekend June 20th-21st. We will then be closed until mid August. We need time to make memories and to finish our commercial kitchen remodel. This will allow us to have a space to teach classes, meet bigger order requests, and attend farmers markets! It will be a very exciting fall!

Today the stand has cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, butterhorns, chocolate poppy rolls, cookies, lemon raspberry muffins, blackberry white chocolate scones, focaccia, and English muffins.
