Hello, my name is Renee. I have taught and worked in the Baking Industry most of my life. I am excited to share my love of baking in Colfax, WI.

I will be starting a small self-serve bakery stand, open weekends. Stop by for some locally made baked goods.

4:00 update- there are still a couple loaves of bread and a variety of pastries left! Start your week with something sweet!

The stand is open and today I have fresh baked raisin bread, cranberry pecan bread and some baguettes. They are so fresh they are still in the oven but will be out soon. (The are now in the stand)

I also have cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, blueberry swirl rolls, chocolate poppy swirl rolls, butterhorns, lemon blackberry poppyseed muffins, strawberry peach white chocolate scones, and cookies.

Rain Rain Go Away.. there are pastries to eat and things to get done today!

Good morning! The stand is open and very full! Today we have cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, chocolate poppy rolls, blueberry swirls, butterhorns, lemon raspberry muffins, triple berry scones, cookies, and fresh baked
Cinnamon raisin bread!

I also have some fresh baked granola as well.
It is made with our maple syrup and certified organic gluten free oats. ( It is gluten free but please note we are not a gluten free kitchen)

Noon Update: There are still lots of pastries left- including sticky buns! (All fresh baked this morning!)

Today is the perfect day for a warm sticky bun, a cup of coffee, and a great book! (I can help you out with the sticky bun part.)

What have we been up to? For the past seven summers we have lived and worked in Montana just outside of Glacier National Park at the Historic Polebridge Mercantile. (Yes, I am one of the many bakers who make the Huckleberry Bearclaws)
This summer we worked a shortened season. We are so grateful that we had this time to connect with old and new friends and make memories!
We have also been busy working on the commercial kitchen remodel. Exciting things are ahead! Thank you for understanding as we took this much needed family time.

I wanted to say, “Thank You.” Thank you for all of your support . I am truly grateful and so very overwhelmed.
My goal was to share something that I love with
the Colfax community. I wanted to make all from scratch baked goods with no preservatives, real butter, unbleached flours, and use local and organic ingredients whenever possible. All while keeping it at a reasonable price. With your support this little bake stand has been able to do that! I have also been able to support local fruit and honey producers, baked for numerous fundraisers, and will continue to give back to our community.
It is time for a little break and to finish our remodel. The stand will be closed until mid August. Thank you for understanding.
