For quite some time now (and with encouragement of others), I have finally decided to expand my culinary passion to cater a few parties and get togethers. For these of you who have shared in my quiche passion I hope you will pass it on to others so I may expand my business. I am very excited
about this and although this will be done on a... very small scale at first, I will put all of my passion and love into each meal that I prepare for you. I specialize in authentic French dishes such as Quiche Lorraine, Onion Tart, Tartiflette Savoyarde, Coq au Vin, Boeuf Bourgignon as well as cheese platters with Fruit and nuts, salade capresse just to name a few.
