A four week wait turned into ten weeks....

My biggest purcahse yet for the bakery hasnt gone as smooth as we would like however our newest investment is here! 10 weeks of waiting on not one, not two but THREE bread ovens to finally be delivered.

To say I'm excited in an under statement and also I can't help but feel blessed. I wouldn't need these ovens if my amazing customers didn't keep buying the bread.

This just opens so many doors and hours saved. I have been baking 20+ loaves currenlty over the course of a day in 2 ovens. Now I can bake at least 12 in one bake session!

I have so many plans for what will be baked in these ovens but again THANK YOU for loving bread, scones, and quality baked goods as much as I do.

This weeks sourdough loaves were baked to perfection with way less stress and I couldn't be more pleased with them.

Pre-orders open for next week. Pre-ordering really helps me know how much to bake without waste each week. I try to have extra loaves but ordering ahead is best.

Fridays are prep day for the next week. As my only employee I have to plan ahead at least a week and prep things that I can to make bake days run smoothly.

This week I am prepping cinnamon roll cookies. This dough needs rest time before baking which makes it ideal for prepping ahead.

I bake fresh weekly and try to not have left over items on Friday when we close. Iā€™m so thankful that rarely happens because of your amazing support!

Next weeks cookie flavor is Cinnamon Roll and itā€™s one of my favorites!
