Rhubarb Crisp!!!

This one is made from my very own rhubarb!!! I will continue to do that as long as I can. And you know ice cream goes well with this, too!!! I love to sprinkle a few raspberries in with this, what a delicious punch of flavor!! However I don't have any right now. My husband's berry patch is nice and green, fingers crossed for a great berry season!

If you guessed Peach cobbler, you were right!! Of course you have to have it with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream, but this taste tester doesn't want to eat all of that right now! YUM!!

It's time to expand my menu for all of my "Sweet Friends", and boy, oh boy, do I have some yummies up my sleeve for all of you!!! I will be baking over the next few days and details and photos will follow real soon!! Stay tuned, I am so excited about these additions and I know you will be too!
