Happiest of Birthdays to one of my BFF's Becky Kielty Broadwater . Being appreciated by her boss and coworkers. Her favorite: double chocolate brownie, homemade raspberry puree, fresh raspberries, and topped with a creamy topping of real whipped cream, cream cheese and melted white chocolate. A bit of milk chocolate dust. I have made this dessert into dessert shooters in the past. This is my family's number one requested dessert as well as several friends and customers very decadent.

It's Christmas season head on out to Roth's Hillside Tree Farm & Gift Shop LLC. Great family business! They added a few new things this year. Get your tree, wreath and of course a sweet treat from Momma Sue. There is something for everyone. Momma added a few new things as well. In between putting together sweets for Roth's Hillside Tree Farm & Gift Shop LLC. Come get your tree and/or wreath and do a bit of sweet shopping starting the day after Thanksgiving. Homemade caramel corn with and without cashews, dipped pretzels, plain and cinnamon roasted pecans, mega cookies, cake pops and a few more. Place your orders for those teachers, mail person, janitor etc. did this little cake. Chocolate fudge cake, chocolate ganache filling, chocolate buttercream frosting with a chocolate ganache drip and to top it off chocolate truffles with gold flake.
