On June 20th in Colchester, Vermont the Strawberry Festival at Sam Mazza’s Farm Market takes place as one of the summer’s sweetest events here in the Green Mountain State! Held from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., this annual farm festival celebrates its 30th year with a full afternoon of strawberry treats, family fun, music, and classic farm market charm. Visitors can enjoy strawberry shortcake, strawberry fudge, strawberry rhubarb pie, donuts, and other food from vendors like Mr. Rick’s Chuck Wagon and New England Dairy. The day also includes live music by She Was Right, Charlie Rice as MC, pony rides from Harvest Moon Valley Ranch, kids crafts, games, face painting, and a bounce castle. The festival takes place at Sam Mazza’s 350-acre family farm, which also has a farm market, bakery, greenhouses, playground, covered pavilion, and plenty of free parking. It’s a sweet, busy, family-friendly way to enjoy strawberry season in Vermont!
