It doesn’t matter how well I shape or score, we always end up with one we call “lil’ ugly loaf.” 🤣 this one must have exploded in our convection oven lol

We usually just end up selling these regardless, however my kids have been begging for sourdough lately so we may just eat this one. Like Mama said, “it all goes down the same!” 🥪☺️

By the way, we’re headed Freedom Acres Farm today. They will be open from 12-6!

Good morning loyal customers. Unfortunately my fridge lost power yesterday after shaping and refrigerating all 40 loaves. We did not find out until 10+ hours later when we were preparing to bake everything. Everything was over-proofed/spilled over and very warm. All the dough and cheese is lost. Unfortunately, there is no time to remake everything in time for my retail stores/partners this weekend.

I apologize for the inconvenience this month. Between illness, car maintenance issues, and now this it seems like a black cloud has been hanging over our heads. We will hopefully be back on schedule this coming week, but if anything changes I will let you know.
